How Citydrive rating system works
How rating points are calculated
In Citydrive, the amount of rating points for a trip consists of three parameters:
- the fact of the trip itself;
- its cost;
- your driving style.
How rating points are awarded for the fact of the trip
The fact of the trip that costs at least 50 ₽ and lasts 1 km or more will bring you 2 rating points as a minimum. And the maximum depends on the last month: for example, the more often you used Citydrive in April, the more points you will receive for the fact of each trip in May.
This is how it works.
How rating points are awarded for the cost of the trip
The higher the cost of the trip, the more points. Classic.
How rating points are awarded for your driving style
Your driving style is monitored by our smart telematic system. It knows when you exceed the speed limit, brake sharply or accelerate — so it's better not to be joyride. If you follow the traffic rules during the trip, respect other drivers and take care of the car — you will get 2 additional rating points for it.
How rating points are awarded for the fact of the trip with the subscription
It depends on how many minutes of the subscription you spent during the day.
Let’s say you have the 60 minutes a day subscription and spent all of them — then we will give you 12 rating points. If you have the subscription for 30 minutes a day, you will receive 8 rating points in the similar situation.
If you spent only a part of the subscription minutes during the day — we will calculate the rating points proportionally. For example, if you have the subscription for 60 minutes a day, but spent only 30, you will receive 6 rating points.
If you have exceed the daily limit — there will be two points accruals: the first for the minutes of the trip within the subscription, the second for the rest of the journey at the per-minute tariff.
What else you can get rating points for
First, for each invited friend who will make at least one trip with Citydrive, — 10 points.
Secondly, for ordering a taxi in Citydrive app. The cost of the trip affects the number of points.
What you can lose points for
First, for late payment of the trip or a penalty. If you are more than a day late — we will deduct 2 rating points. A delay for every subsequent 24 hours will also cost you 2 rating points.
Secondly, for penalties themselves. Rating points are deducted for each, the number depends on the amount.
Third, for the evacuation of the car due to parking in the wrong place. For the first one, you can lose from 15 rating points, for the following ones — from 25.
Also, rating points are deducted for an accident by your fault. We hope that this will not happen to you, but we will deduct half of rating points for the first accident and all of them for the following ones.
From 1 to 5 points can be deducted for aggressive driving: sudden braking and acceleration, provoking accident situations and critical speeding. Our telematics system is on its duty.
